After ten years’ experience in the field, I have come to recognise that everyone has the potential for growth; they simply require some guidance to bring it to fruition. I’m Kimberley. Occupational Therapist, Supervisor, Mentor, Life Coach, devoted foodie and coffee enthusiast. When I’m not working, I love being in the sunshine and out in nature, exploring new places and continuing my hunt for cool coffee spots. A little about me: I bring authenticity, warmth and empathy to my practice. My experience in the industry has provided me with valuable insights into effective coaching, and how best to help individuals navigate important transitions in their lives when they feel they’re at a crossroads.
