I’m Kimberley. Occupational Therapist, Supervisor/Mentor, Life Coach, devoted foodie, coffee enthusiast, and new Mama.
When I’m not supporting others on their journey, I love spending time with my family, going on adventures, learning from my baby, exploring ways to nourish my body, soaking up sunshine, being in nature, and hunting for cool coffee & food spots.
The beginning of my journey…
I chose Occupational Therapy because it allowed me to be creative and shift directions when I felt stagnant. It gave me the flexibility to travel the world and work in London.
I started my career in 2012 in mental health and forensics, later deepening my expertise in addiction. I’ve always found the mind fascinating. Over the years, I’ve worked across hospitals in various fields, including acute care, mental health, and vocational rehabilitation, in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK before settling back on Australian soil.
Over 10+ years as a Therapist, I’ve also been on my own journey of self-discovery and healing. Learning about myself has been confronting, transformative, and beautiful. This journey has been a rollercoaster of unlearning conditioning, choosing new habits (hello, sobriety!), and finding harmony in my nervous system.
I’ve come to realise that healing is an ongoing journey. You are the orchestrator of your life, the choices you make, and how you want to experience it. How you want to feel.

The birth of my supervision space
I created an online supervision space for other therapists because it’s something I truly love doing. In my own journey, I’ve been supervised by therapists who were just going through the motions, which is not wrong or right, but it left me feeling really lost and unsupported. I genuinely enjoy helping OTs find their confidence and their own rhythm. I wanted to offer something that feels personal and works for me as a mama, while also being practical for busy therapists.
A desire to coach
I became extremely curious about the mind/body connection and its impact on how we experience life. For myself and my clients, I was hungry for answers. I pursued further education in areas including Self-Regulation, Somatics, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and The Science of Well-Being (Yale University). An aspiration to offer Life Coaching emerged from a burning desire to move from firstly some felt rigidity in my clinical role and simply a desire to be a facilitator and partner in the process of learning, as I truly believe you are the expert of your own life. Naturally, my OT hat is still on! I bring that, my own life experience, and the know-how from working with hundreds of people to figure out what actually works (and what doesn’t).
My new role as a mama
My new role as a mama has fueled a desire to help others experience harmony and flexibility. Both qualities have helped me lean into and embrace this transition from maiden to mother. I’m so grateful for all the tools I’ve gained from my practice in my other roles, which have been needed as I navigate parenting. Fueled by the energy and the (many) lessons from this time, I felt driven to create a postpartum offering—watch this space!
What working with me looks like…
By combining my Occupational Therapy expertise and holistic approach with personal coaching, we’ll uncover your blocks and create steps to move toward your desires. I’m deeply passionate about this work. My goal is to help you find your own answers, not mine, and provide you with tools and strategies to navigate life’s challenges—empowering you to move forward instead of feeling stuck. When we quiet the noise of society’s ‘shoulds’, we reconnect with what we truly desire. Whether you’re an evolving Occupational Therapist, a new mama, or feeling stuck, I’d be honoured to partner with you on this journey.

Am I the right fit for you?
My intention for our time together—whether face-to-face or through voice messages—is to make it enjoyable, relaxed, and deeply aligned with you and your desires. I aim to create a space where you feel at ease and can truly be yourself.
I believe you are your best guide, but let’s be real—it’s so easy to lose touch with your true desires in the chaos of life. I could give you my answers, but honestly? That would just create another version of… me!
Some days, you might just need a little nudge—and that’s totally fine. Being human means moving through different seasons: growth, inspiration, or maybe just catching your breath. If you’re ready to commit fully to this process—showing up wholeheartedly to uncover your own answers—I’ll be right there to guide you.
Each part of who we are—mind, body, soul, and environment—is deeply interconnected. When one area is out of sync, it can ripple through everything we do and feel. My approach dives into all these layers, helping us figure out what’s off and how to bring it back into balance.
Change doesn’t happen overnight. Just like learning to walk, building strength, or chasing a dream, creating lasting transformation takes time and effort. But if you’re ready to show up, I’ll meet you there every step of the way.
